Catch up time. We have just got home from a couple of days away in Te Anau. It was lovely weather and scenery and the accommodation was great. We went the long way through Central Otago and home through Gore. I found the perfect weeping silver pear, Pyrus salicifolia pendula at the Sandfly Cafe, it almost made me want to grow one. We also stopped in Kingston and watched the Kingston Flyer as it left for its daily trip to Fairlight.
